Nonthaburi is not part of Bangkok — it is a separate province and city to the north, but the MRT Purple Line and the Chao Phraya Express Boat pull it into the metropolitan orbit. The northern terminus of the orange-flag boat is Nonthaburi Pier, and from there central Bangkok's Sathorn Pier is a 60-minute river ride south. Locals commute the other way: into the CBD for work, back to Nonthaburi to sleep. For getting around locally, the riverfront promenade, the market streets and the sois where these hotels stand are walkable, and the MRT Purple Line covers the longer hops.
